Karya Falak is cleaning business software for Australian cleaning and home service businesses. Set a client’s clean to repeat weekly, fortnightly or monthly and it fills the Calendar weeks ahead. Each crew sees only its own run in the Field app, with the property’s access notes, and each clean can end with a checklist, photos and a signature. Bill each clean as it is done, or each client once a month.
A regular clean repeats weekly, fortnightly, every four weeks or monthly, and each visit is made 12 weeks ahead with the same crew and checklist. Move one clean for a public holiday without touching the rest. A cleaning business starts with a Regular clients column, and fields for the service, how often, and the property.
Invoice each clean as it is done, or send each client one invoice a month. For clients who pay by card, a saved card can be charged by itself when the invoice is issued, with four tries over 72 hours if it fails.
Quote the bigger jobs with optional extras the client ticks, such as the oven, carpets or windows, and they sign on their phone. An end-of-lease checklist comes ready to use, room by room with a required photo at the end, and you can set it to add itself to every end-of-lease job. Turn on forms for the job sheet and download it, answers included, for the client or their agent. New clients can book a service from your website through online booking, limited to the suburbs you cover.
Each cleaner sees only their own run in the Field app: the property with a Navigate button, where the key is, the gate code and whether the cat stays in. It works with no signal, on iPhone and Android. The office sees everyone on one Calendar with leave and public holidays marked.
Clients get a client hub link with no password to see their upcoming cleans and invoices, pay, and ask for an extra clean.
For teams that look after customers

Karya Falak Field
Today’s visits in order, every job on the map, gate codes and pets before they knock, and On my way in one tap.
Location is read only while the app is open, to show distances and stamp arrival. With a live On my way link it is shared only while you’re on the way to a job, and stops when you arrive. Never in the background.
Calendar
Every visit by person, with time off and public holidays marked. It warns you before you book someone on leave, on a public holiday or already busy.
Quotes and invoices
Your logo and colours on every quote, invoice and job sheet. Customers accept on their phone and pay by card, PayID or bank transfer.
Inbox to job
Customers keep messaging the way they like. Half an hour of back and forth becomes one card, and the longest wait sits on top.
Claude and ChatGPT
Connect Karya Falak to your own Claude or ChatGPT and ask what is on today, who is waiting on a reply, or which jobs are done but not invoiced.
On every plan. Karya Falak does not run the AI; your own Claude or ChatGPT account does.
How to connectFeatures
Items and kits with your price, cost and margin, offered as you type a quote or invoice line.
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly, dragged to another day or person, with a reminder to the customer the day before.
Rules that label, assign, move a card or reply when a message arrives, a quote is accepted or a visit is booked.
First-reply and finish targets that count only the hours you are open, and someone hears when one is missed.
Mentions, assignments, new conversations and closing WhatsApp windows, in the app, by email or as a push.
Pictures, PDFs, text, Markdown, JSON and CSV open right on the ticket or the reply.
Who changed what, and from what to what: columns, people, dates, fields, quotes, invoices and visits.
Record what your work needs, make it required before a job is done, and make labels in your colours.
The same person by phone, email and form is one contact, with their saved addresses.
Works with
Invoices reach Xero with the same lines and tax, to the cent, and a payment recorded in Xero comes back to the job.
The same for QuickBooks: invoices, customers and payments both ways. One accounting system per business.
Two-way sync: your visits and events go out, and busy time in your own calendar counts here.
Import from ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus, Jobber, simPRO, Trello, Asana, Jira, monday.com, ClickUp or any spreadsheet.

A$9 a member, a month
A field member sees only their own jobs and takes none of Starter’s 10 seats; everyone else uses the app at no extra charge.
A$19 a month
An Australian number for sending and receiving SMS. Message costs are passed through at what the carrier charges, and you can see them on your usage page.
For example, Starter with 4 people on the road is A$85 a month.
Security
The database and every file live in Australia, not in another country’s region by default.
Separation is enforced by the database itself on every query, not by a filter the application remembers to add.
Opt-outs are honoured before a send, and every action goes into an audit log that can be added to, never edited.
Questions
The app itself costs nothing. Only field members, the people who use just the app, are A$9 a month each.
Yes. Karya Falak runs in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a desktop, and you can add it to your home screen. The people on the road also have the Field app.
Yes. Everyone on the board can answer one WhatsApp or SMS number. Each reply records who sent it, and a card can be assigned so two people do not answer the same customer.
Yes, for WhatsApp: you connect a Meta business account and a phone number you control during setup. SMS, email and web forms need no Meta account, so you can start with those today.
Yes. Export your clients, materials and jobs from ServiceM8 as CSV files, with no API key needed, and import them in Settings. Every row is previewed before anything changes, and an import can be undone for seven days.
When the 14 days end, pick Starter or Growth to keep going. Nothing is charged until you do.
Yes. Any board column or contact list exports to CSV or text on demand. The download link expires, and the export is recorded in your audit log.
Connect the channel your customers use most, invite your team, and put next week’s work through it.
