Karya Falak vs Tradify

Here is Karya Falak vs Tradify, worked out for an Australian trade business. Tradify is a job management app founded in 2013 and owned by The Access Group since 2024. It is strong on quoting and invoicing, syncs with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks on every plan, and offers free one-on-one training. It charges per user, from A$48 a user a month plus GST. Karya Falak is a newer Australian product, priced per business with GST included, that starts from the enquiry: a shared inbox where each message becomes a card on a board. Checked against Tradify’s Australian pages on 30 October 2026.

Who each one suits

Tradify suits an electrician, plumber, HVAC tech or property maintenance business that wants a tradie-focused tool with a proven quoting workflow, MYOB support and someone to train the team on the phone. It also suits a small crew where everyone uses the app the same way, since every user pays the same price.

Karya Falak suits a business where the office is busy with messages and the crew is out on visits. Office staff share one inbox and board, and field members see just their own visits in the Field app. It suits teams with more people in the office than the per-user model rewards, and businesses outside the trades, such as cleaning, where the same tool needs different words.

What the per-user price looks like with GST

Where Tradify is stronger

  • Training and phone support. Tradify offers free one-on-one training and phone support. Karya Falak’s support runs through in-app help and support requests.
  • MYOB. If your bookkeeper uses MYOB, Tradify connects to it on every plan. Karya Falak does not.
  • Scale and history. RNZ reported in 2024 that Tradify had 20,000 customers across New Zealand, Australia and the UK. Karya Falak is a newer Australian product.
  • A website for you. The Instant Website add-on gives a tradie a site without a separate provider.

Where Karya Falak is different

  • Pricing per business, GST included. Adding an office person costs nothing on Starter, up to 10 people. Only field members are charged each.
  • Enquiries as cards, not a list. Every conversation lands in the shared inbox and becomes a card you assign, plan and finish. You can see who replied and when, and set reply targets that count business hours only.
  • Customers book real free times. The online booking page offers only times that are actually free, can limit bookings by postcode, and lets customers move or cancel.
  • A client hub per customer. Quotes, visits and invoices on one link, with no password. See client hub.
  • Quote acceptance on every plan. Optional extras, a signature and deposits are not tied to a higher tier. See quotes.
  • Australian invoice detail. ABN checks, PayID and bank details on the invoice with an optional payment slip and QR code, and a GST on sales report with the G1 and 1A figures for your BAS.
  • Data in Sydney. Karya Falak keeps your data in Australia. Tradify’s data location was not stated on the pages we checked.

Moving from Tradify to Karya Falak

Export your customers, price list and jobs from Tradify as CSV files. In Karya Falak, open Settings, choose Import and pick the Tradify preset, which maps contacts, materials and jobs. Check the preview, then import. You can undo the whole import for seven days.

The preset was built from sample files rather than every possible export, so try a small file first. Your materials land in the price book with cost and margin. If Tradify sends invoices to Xero or QuickBooks, stop that before Karya Falak starts, so nothing reaches your books twice.
