Signing in to Karya Falak Field
Sign in with the email address your office invited, and the password you chose when you accepted the invitation. If your office has not invited you yet, ask them to, or create an account in the app and set up your own business.
Forgot the password? Reset it at app.karyafalak.com, then sign in on the phone again.
Jobs in the app
The app shows the visits you are booked on, a week back and two weeks ahead. A visit the office has not assigned to you does not appear; ask the office to add you to it.
With no signal, everything you do is kept on the phone and sent when it is back. A bar at the top says what is still waiting.
Deleting your account
In the app: tap your initials (top right), then Account, then Delete account. On the web: Account, then Delete account. If you are the only owner of a business other people work in, make one of them an owner first.
