Job management software integrations in Karya Falak

Accounting

Connect one accounting system per business, Xero or QuickBooks Online. Karya Falak keeps the invoice; the accounting system gets an exact copy, so your bookkeeper stops retyping.

• Xero: issued invoices, contacts and payments go to Xero with the same lines and tax, to the cent. A payment recorded in Xero comes back to the job as Paid in Xero.
• QuickBooks Online: issued invoices and customers go to QuickBooks, payments sync both ways, and Karya Falak checks for changes every 15 minutes in case a notice from QuickBooks is missed.

Payments

• Stripe: link your business’s own Stripe account and customers can pay an invoice by card, PayTo or direct debit, where your account offers them. The money goes straight to your Stripe account, and the invoice marks itself paid. Saved cards, auto-pay and quote deposits work through the same connection.

PayID and bank transfer need no integration at all. Your PayID and BSB print on every invoice with a payment slip and QR code, and you mark those payments as paid.

Your own AI assistant

• Claude and ChatGPT connector: connect Karya Falak to your own Claude or ChatGPT account. Ask what is on today, who is waiting on a reply or which jobs are done but not invoiced. It acts as you, with your permissions, in the one organisation you choose, and asks before anything changes. It also works in Cursor and VS Code. More on the connector feature page.

Calendars

Google Calendar and Outlook sync both ways, so a visit moved in either place moves in the other. Each person also has a private calendar feed they can subscribe to from the calendar app on their phone or computer, so their visits and events show alongside everything else. Invitations go out as standard calendar invites that guests can accept or decline.

Bringing your data across

Import brings in contacts, materials and jobs exported from ServiceM8, Tradify, Fergus, Jobber or simPRO; tasks from Trello, Asana, Jira, monday.com or ClickUp; contacts from Google, Outlook, HubSpot, vCard files, Zendesk, Freshdesk or Help Scout; or any CSV. Trello can also be connected directly, with its files. Every import is previewed before anything changes and can be undone for seven days.
